2023 Madison Farmers Market is Now Open!!

The Madison County Farmers Market opens for the 2023 season on Saturday, May 13th under the Pavilion at Hoover Ridge Park, Madison, VA.

The weekly markets will be a combination of online ordering and onsite producer sales.  The Online Market will open at 9:00 am on the Sunday preceding the Market and will close Thursday at Noon so producers can pull and package the customer’s orders.  At the Saturday market, online sales will be packaged together with all the items the customer ordered in the bag; the bags will be labeled with the customer’s name, and the bags will be in a central location under the pavilion for customers to pick-up their orders. 

The onsite market will also be under the pavilion, and each producer will have their own space, and tables set up with their products.  Everything that producers have for sale at the onsite market will also be available for sale on the online Market.  Pick up times for the online orders is 9:00 – 10:30 am, and the onsite market runs from 9:00 – 11:00 am at the Pavilion in Hoover Ridge Park.

For the 2023 Season, the Madison County Farmers Market would like to welcome a couple of former producers – 5 Rider’s Farm and Thornton River Orchard will be returning to the Marke for the 2023 season.
